At People Solutions Academy, we use innovative problem-solving methods in our workshops and courses to address human needs and create solutions for long-term planning, product development, continuous process improvement, and leadership development. Our solutions are designed to promote inclusive and sustainable futures for individuals who are marginalised due to their gender, rural location, country of origin, immigration status, or age.

Our academy has enabled the inclusion of such wonderful but overlooked talents in developing and deploying frontier technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and the Internet. We are proud to have been acknowledged by the Mayor,City of Guelph in Canada as Ghanaians contributing to inclusive economic development in the royal city.

Guest Lecture at University of Guelph, 2023
I was invited to present a guest lecture to share my journey as a young worker in New Zealand. The lecture was presented to about 15 planning graduate students. My Imperfect Journey demonstrates how to correct imperfect ways of demonstrating competency at work for young workers and new immigrants in green and greening careers. Some of these scenarios are not appropriate ways to work and should not be normalised.
