Responsible AI means ethical and fair use of AI technologies, ensuring transparency, accountability, and unbiasedness, and benefiting society. To consider algorithm internals and training data under ethics by design,  I worked wth 14 experts on the  pandemic resilience project , a global partnership for artificial intelligence project under the OECD. I worked on the python programming and policy analysis for this project. The project team was led by Prof. Mike O'Sullivan.
